Hey guys! Last night was November Kitchen Queens! This month’s theme was Thanksgiving with a Twist! SOOO good! I made a pecan pie trifle! It is VERY easy to make. Mix up Mascarpone Cheese and Cool Whip (or creme cheese and cool whip) Cut up two pecan pies in to pieces or crumble it. Put the pie crumbles in the bottom of the dish then drizzle Carmel and then top with the cheese/coolwhip mixture. Repeat and finish with the cheese/coolwhip mixture and top with chopped pecans! Absolutely delicious! I had a dinner at Drew’s grandmas too last night so I was running a little late, but managed to get some cute pictures : )
