So I have always had a girl crush on Carrie Underwood and I have been WAITING to see these pics from her wedding! Well someone on carriefans.com posted them! (and of course credit to people.com)
Carrie looks absolutely radiant and SO happy. I am not so sure about her wedding gown…. it looks very Pnina Tornai with the sheer bustier but the designer is Monique Lhuillier. Her cocktail dress was also by ML and I LOVE it. The article says the tiara she wore was a wedding gift from Mike : ) I am very biased when it comes to pink/blush/vintage themed weddings so of course I love the flowers and decor at the reception. AND you all know I love how she incorporated her puppy Ace, but the pink tux? Not so sure about that one haha. The hocky puck table assignements table is ADORABLE and the cupcake tower looks darling too. I wish they would show MORE of the reception in these spreads! Anyways… here are the pics!

I agree with you though….I wish she would have gone for a more traditional top…the sheer bustier is not working for me but I guess when you are Carrie Underwood…go for it!!! Aahh I was looking forward to seeing the dress….thanks for posting! Unfortunately, I'm not a huge fan of the wedding dress…:( I do like the cocktail dress, but I think when you wear your wedding dress, it's the only day of your life that you'll wear it, and you should get as much wear out of it as possible (i.e. wear it to the reception). But that's just me and what I did. LOVE the tiara and hair and makeup!!
I hate the bustier. Was so disappointed when I saw that. If the top of the dress had been different, I think it would have been GORGEOUS. But, I still love CU even with her fashion faux pas!

Hmmm I too have a girl crush on her but I'm not so in awe of her wedding the hair with the tiara or colors.. 🙁 But maybe I need to see more photos it just didn't seem very chic as I would have thought it to be.
I will be the dissenter and say that I like her wedding dress :). However, I SWEAR I've seen this exact dress on "Say yes to the dress" … Either that or it has a twin. Anyone else recognize it?
I actually like her wedding dress but I love the reception dress. It is fabulous! And I loved the wedding…but pink is also my favorite color! I picked up People at Kroger today…so excited!

Im such a fan of CU and her style – but I was a bit disappointed when i saw the pics. Love her flowers, the reception decor and the bottom of her dress. Not feeling her hair, the "headband", or the tree trunks at the ceremony.

The cocktail dress is gorgeous, but I think the wedding dress itself is honestly tacky. It kills me to say that, because I generally love Carrie's fashion. But this was just a huge bust. And I have a personal issue with tiaras…

I'm glad there are so many other chicks that think the lingerie as a wedding dress top is tacky. They look like a Madonna costume.
