Every time it snows, I find myself reaching for the brightest pieces of clothing I own. I absolutely adore the colors in this gorgeous skirt from Elysian Boutique. I paired mine with a simple black sweater and leather jacket to make it more winter appropriate. It can easily transition into the warmer months by pairing it with a simple tank. I had to top it off with my favorite hot pink scarf with the temps well below 20 degrees! BRRR!
