Hey dolls! I got some emails to share a few more of my beauty favorites, so here we are again! As I mentioned before, I am no guru, but I will share with you what works for me!
Curling Iron.
I probably get asked this more than anything. I use 2 curling irons and for different reasons. I use the Wigo 1 inch for every day curls. I find that this curling iron gives me natural wavy curls. They also seem to hold better with this curling iron. I use Hot Tools 1 inch barrel for more tight curls. For some reason this iron REALLY curls my hair. I have naturally wavy hair, so it doesn’t take too much to get it to curl. I have yet to master the wand. You would think I would have by now with as much as I curl my hair. Maybe one day 🙂 I also think Conair curling irons from Drug Stores are just as good as wigo, just don’t last as long.
First I must say I have never used Lattisse. I did some research before buying Neulash a couple years ago and just decided to go that route. I had to stop using this when I got pregnant, but I really love this product. I started back up again and I cant wait to see my lashes start growing. I already have pretty long lashes, but this product makes them even longer and helps mine curl! It is a bit pricey, but the tube does last a long time.
I mentioned last month that I am learning some highlighting/contouring techniques. I am definitely still learning, but I LOVE this compact. The Kitten powder is the perfect shade to highlight your brows, cupids bow, cheeks and the corners of your eyes. I have been using Shroom by mac the past couple of months for my eyes, but this has replaced it.
Lipsticks
I got some new gorgeous colors for the spring/summer recently. Mac Up the Amp and Chanel La Diva are two of my favs.
Face Products
I have pretty sensitive skin on my face. I have never had bad skin, just the occasional breakout. Certain products like Nars Blush, i cant use because I have an allergic reaction to it. I know its so strange! So I have to use all natural products to cleanse and hydrate my face. I have been using Simple the past 6 months and love it! It is a brand the company I work for makes and is sold at drug stores. My skin is crazy soft and if I do have a breakout, its gone in a day! I use the moisturizer, face wipes, and cleanser. I am still looking for an amazing under eye treatment, so if you know of any awesome ones please tell me!
This stuff is literally yummy! My lips get pretty dry and putting lipstick on dry lips is just well gross. This product moisturizes and exfoliates your lips. I use it probably 2-3 times a week now.
