Taking a break from our beach posts and talking Kentucky Derby! The Kentucky derby is just days away and we want you to arrive in style to the race or to your NBC watch party.

Southern belle’s and gents pull out all the stops for their Derby looks. Women are adorned with fancy fascinators or hats, while the men shine in their pretty ensembles. Mint Juleps are flowing, and the air is thick with to see which horse will blanketed with a bed of roses.

While the hats are typically the focal point of every women’s look, the dress is just as important. I always love seeing classic silhouettes and prints on Derby day! My white Ted Baker fit and flare dress has a bow neckline and a pleated bodice, which are the perfect southern touches to this classic dress. Olivia’s tiered floral dress is fit for a little southern princess. She did not stop twirling after she put it on!

We coordinated our looks with coral and white fascinators. When it comes to your hat, the bigger the better! We loved the feather details on our gorgeous headbands.

You do not want to miss the most exciting two minutes in sports, so be sure to tune in on NBC at 2:30 PM EST! The Kentucky Derby post time is scheduled for 6:34 p.m. ET, but the actual race isn’t set to start until 6:46 p.m.  I can’t wait to see who is in the winners circle at Churchill Downs!

*Thank you to NBC for sponsoring todays post. All opinions are my own.

Great post! Y’alls outfits are gorgeous! I love the classic white silhouette on yours. I’m not one for the derby races or anything like that, but I do enjoy seeing the fashion and all the get up.
