I have been shopping for our upcoming beach trip and I have been loving all the tropical prints out this season. I fell in love with this palm leaf dress from OASAP. I removed the straps because I like the clean off the shoulder look. I paired it with a tropical leaf necklace and my favorite floppy hat. I cant wait to wear this on the beach later this summer. This dress also comes with a belt, so it can be worn as a tunic with a pair of white skinnies too. 
Speaking of beach trip, the past monthI have finally gotten my workout routine back in check and I have not felt this great in awhile! I haven’t mentioned this before on the blog, but when I got pregnant, my thyroid got out of whack and then after I had Liv it go even worse! I mainly had the exhaustion side affect and really dry skin. I recently got my medication regulated and my energy is back. It is a tricky thing to get regulated, but luckily I haven’t had any serious issues. So all this rambling is because I want to mix up my routine and I am wondering if anyone has tried the T25 workout routine? I am very interested and I would love to hear some feedback!

    I just started T25, I'm on day two. So far, I feel like it is the equivalent of jumping rope for 25 minutes. Seriously, you jump up and down, side to side for 25 minutes. I did Insanity before my son was born but can't fit an hour workout in with a full time job and a toddler. I love Shaun T. Hoping for a little more diversity in this workout as it progresses.     OMG hat a great dress!! love it!!! I have T25, right now b/c I'm so close to half {one week} I'm only doing 3 days a week and the modified version. After the Nashville half I'll be kicking up full notch!! It's worth it!!!

    I am on day 3 of T25. So far it is a lot of jumping, but it is working every part of your body at once, which is my favorite way to work out!
