Today I have teamed up with Nordstrom to share the Ultimate Vacay Accessories Guide. Shopping for anything that has to do with a vacation is my absolute favorite, but accessories always top my list. I styled three beachy looks with lots of gorgeous (and affordable) accessories.

Beach Bags

While I love a statement beach bag, a classic straw one is the most practical. They go with all your vacation looks and can easily be accessorized (more on that in a minute.) THIS bag is the perfect mix of metallic and straw and it is also an amazing size! I also adore this pom pom bag that would be a great one to dress up or down your entire trip! I know beach bags can be a bit tricky to travel with. I usually bring two on my trips, a packable one and a larger straw version. I carry a smaller handbag and put it inside the larger beach bag and use as my second carry on.

Scarves

Lightweight scarves are perfect to use as a sarong over your bathing suit and to accessorize your beach bag. This season there are so many cute neck scarves that I also love using in my hair. I picked up THIS one from Nordstrom and THIS pineapple one is next on my list.

Kimonos

What is a day at the beach with out a fabulous cover-up/kimono. They are pretty much a necessity in my book and the cuter the better! I picked up THIS tasseled kimono from Nordstrom and I could hardly believe the $39 price tag. I was so excited to find numerous cover ups that were well under $100 too!

Beach Bag Accessories

Filling up a beach bag can get quite messy so I always purchase cute pouches and bags to put my essentials in. I absolutely love THIS flamingo pouch and I plan on using it to put my debit card and keys in. I also got the makeup bag version to put my sunscreen and hairbrush in.

Sunscreen

The best accessory you can have for a vacay is sunscreen. I have tried numerous brands over the years and fell in love with Supergoop from Nordstrom. It’s super moisturizing and is also sensitive enough for Olivia’s skin. I also picked up the cutest protective lip balm by Coola. The color is Tan Line and it smells amazing!

Earrings

Ok, OK, I don’t always wear earrings to the beach, but if I always pack a cute pair in my beach bag if we plan on hitting up a lunch spot after a day out by the water. Statement earrings, the bigger the better, are a huge trend this spring. Nordstrom has an amazing selection and I picked out my favorites below.

Hats

Hats are my BEST friend at the pool or beach. My hair is naturally wavy so it can get a little crazy. A big floppy hat is the perfect accessory to turn a bad hair day into a good one. I LOVE this fringe hem hat from Nordstrom. It comes in ivory too. I also just ordered THIS one! Tassel lover over here!

Sunglasses

During the spring and summer months, I get more adventurous with sunglasses. While browsing Nordstrom I came across so many cute styles that were all very reasonably priced. I picked up THIS pair in lavender and they are my new favorites. THIS is the pair I have in both black and tortoise and wear all.the.time!

Statement Clutch

If you have been following me for awhile you know that I love a colorful clutch during the spring and summer. I look forward to seeing what Nordstrom comes out with year after year. I picked up this GORGEOUS blue embroidered clutch that has the prettiest detailing. It can be carried as a crossbody too!
