The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort Bahamas

Happy Monday Guys! Today I am so excited to talk about our stay at the stunning Ocean Club Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas. I do have a couple more posts from this trip, but I have had so many questions about our stay so I wanted to get this up asap! I will dive into the location, restaurants, amenities and WHY we love the Four Seasons today so let’s get started.

LOCATION

The Ocean Club Four Seasons Resort is located on Paradise Island. You fly into Nassau and it is about a 20 min ride to the resort. This legendary chic resort is settled in on 35 acres of luscious manicured grounds and a pristine beach viewing the stunning emerald waters. When I say the grounds were impeccable, I mean down to every single detail. The Ocean Club Four Seasons will make your jaw drop as soon as you set foot onto the resort.

ACCOMODATIONS

The Ocean Club Four Seasons resort has always been a legendary destination and thanks to a recent multi million dollar renovation it has reemerged as a top, sought after Caribbean destination. Our room was located in the Hartford Suite which was one of the newly renovated rooms. It featured a large balcony viewing the Atlantic ocean, a very spacious room and a double vanity bathroom with a rain shower. The decor is the perfect mix of modern luxury mixed in with a Bahamian color palette. It looked and felt luxurious, while still feeling inviting. This is something the Four Seasons has mastered. This wing also features a 24hr butler service where they make sure every single need is met. They also deliver daily chocolate covered strawberries and Champagne for the adults and Milk and Cookies for the little ones.

POOLS

The Ocean Club Four Seasons has three pools on the grounds. The latest pool is a 125 foot infinity edge pool located beachfront where you can sip on ice cold drinks or nosh on house made lollipops. Next to the Versailles Gardens is the adult only pool. The views from this pool are breathtaking and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. Nestled in the back of the resort is a beautiful children’s pool with waterfalls flanking the back and different levels of water for all ages of children. You can expect the traditional laid back Bahamian service at each pool and all you need to worry about is having a wonderful time. Guests also have access to all of the Atlantis grounds too.

VERSAILLES GARDENS

One part of the resort, that I was anxiously waiting to see was the Versailles Gardens. This is a very popular wedding setting and this view will take your breath away. The actual ruins are an Augustinian cloister bought and moved piece by piece from French soil to the US. We felt like we were in Italy walking around the gardens and this is also where the Four Seasons set up a picnic for our family. That moment alone felt like a fairy tale and one we will never ever forget.

RESTAURANTS

You all know we love to travel for the food alone. Immersing ourselves into the cultures delicacies is always at the top of our list. At no surprise, the Ocean Club Four Seasons resort had amazing dining experiences. We dined at DUNE three times during our stay. We noshed on lobster pizza, had the most delicious sea bass we have ever tasted and the children’s menu was just as extensive as our menus. The sounds of the atlantic waves crashing and nightly live music filled the air and made this dining experience one for the books. Next to the infinity pool is The Ocean Grill, where you can dine on lobster burgers or delicious fish tacos. Versailles Terrance is located next to the adult pool and they serve French Mediterranean dishes with views of the gardens. Of course there is also In Room Dining, aka Room Service, aka Olivia’s favorite thing in the entire world! We loved having breakfast on our balcony each morning.

SPA

Drew got the chance to try out an amazing spa treatment at the Ocean Club Four Seasons. It was his Father’s Day gift and he said it was the best massage to date. He received the Elemis Deep Tissue Massage with stone therapy. The Spa services range from Couples massages, facials, beauty treatments, ocean rituals and more. They also offer daily yoga too. We always make it a point for one or both of us to visit the spa while visiting a Four Seasons resort.

BEACH

When you think about the Bahamas, you immediately think of the world famous beaches. The Ocean Club Four Seasons is nestled in on a private beach front with the beautiful white sand and stunning views of the Emerald waters. Their our loungers and a very helpful staff to make sure your needs are met so you can relax the day away.

OVERALL

This was our fist time visiting an out of the country Four Seasons resort and the service was just what you would expect out of a Four Seasons resort. I received a lot of questions recently about why we visit so many Four Seasons locations. I am very fortunate to work with Four Seasons, but I only do so because I trust the brand. I have worked with resorts in the past where I did not receive the same treatment when I paid for my own stay verse a PR stay. I always want my readers to get the exact same experience I receive and I will never recommend something I do not believe in. Vacations are an investment and a luxury vacation is an even bigger investment. I fully trusty the Four Seasons brand and the Ocean Club Four Seasons Bahamas solidified that even further.

Luxury, personalized, relaxing, breathtaking are just a few of the many words to describe the Ocean Club Four Seasons resort. There is hands down nothing quite like this resort in the Bahamas and it will for sure be an unforgettable experience.
