Hi Guys! Today I am recapping all of our swimwear, outfits and what we did in South Florida. We visited Sanibel, Naples and Palm Beach on this trip! I will break it down by location below. Please let me know if you have any questions!

To get to Sanibel, you have to take a toll road and it is a really gorgeous drive. Be sure to keep on the lookout for Dolphins too! Sanibel Island is known for having the best of the best shelling beaches in the world due to the island having an east-west orientation (most islands are north-south.) The Light house beach, where tons of shells are, is great for walking as the sand is pretty packed down. Of course Olivia had an absolute ball searching for shells! It was really really cool to see and I would highly recommend if you have little ones! The parking is limited at this beach, so get there early!
Other Sanibel Beaches- Bowman Beach, Tarpon Beach, and Gulfside City Park
*One thing we did not get the chance to do is drive over to Captiva Island. We spent a lot of time with family so we will be doing this on our next trip! We were recommended to do this so many times, so if you are going to Sanibel, make the time to head on over to Captiva too!
The Bubble Room– This was HIGHLY recommended but since we did not make it over to Captiva Island, we did not get to try it out. We hear the desserts are incredible and the atmosphere is great for kids.
The Island Cow– Amazing Breakfast spot! I was also very impressed with their Kids Menu selections too! We heard their lunch is pretty amazing as well.
Love Boat Ice Cream– This is my mother in law’s FAVORITE ice cream spot!
Grandma Dots– Great casual spot with a marina view! The seafood is fresh and the key lime pie is out of this world!

Drew and I ventured over to Naples for one night while his mother watched Olivia. Once we arrived, we were utterly speechless by the beautiful homes and architecture. It comes as no surprise that Naples is home to the second largest concentration of millionaires in the country. The homes are breathtaking and I am pretty sure I said “Oh my goodness!” about a hundred times. The beaches are gorgeous too with light soft sand. We fell in love with this city and can’t wait to go back soon!
The restaurant options in Naples are pretty incredible! We were limited on time, so we tried out three different spots for each course.
Camiello– We sat at the bar/patio and enjoyed calamari with a glass of vino. This resturant I highly recommend making reservations for Dinner. I prefered to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous weather.
Sea Salt- Sea Salt is located right across the street from Camiello. I was not as fond of the ambience of this restaurant but the food was incredible. We tried a couple of the Oysters of the day, a Tuna Tarter and the most amazing deconstructed crab cake appetizer. You guys, I still dream about it! SO good!
The Continental– This restaurant was our favorite ambiance of the three. We came here after dinner for a cocktail and dessert. We sat outside on the patio again and absolutely loved it. From the fancy beach town outdoor seating, to the amazing drink menu, this will definitely be on our list again next visit.
Other Noteworthy Spots– Ridgway, Cafe Lurcat and The French (has the DREAMIEST ambiance)

PALM BEACH

I have wanted to visit Palm Beach for years and boy did it not disappoint. We stayed at The Colony Palm Beach, aka the pink hotel, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The decor and ambiance was absolutely perfect and I loved all the Palm leaf decor throughout the hotel (even the carpet was palm leaf!) The rooms are also very colorful, vibrant and the beds were super comfortable. The location was wonderful as well as it was walking distance to Worth Avenue and the beach! I will be back in May for a fun project at another hotel and I can’t wait to explore the area more.
You guys gave us all sorts of recommendations for food and we loved them all! Below are our favorites and what came highly recommended.
Roccos Tacos– Downtown West Palm Beach you will find this Mexican food oasis. I absolutely LOVED the ambiance and the table side guac will knock your socks off. The margarita list was impressive and passed the Drew Gibson test haha. Highly recommend for lunch.
The Seafood Bar– Visiting the Breakers was on our list so we decided to try out a couple restaurants while we were in town. The Seafood Bar was Drew’s favorite meal of the trip. The Breakers is known for how well they treat their children guests and Olivia had the best time at the Seafood Bar. They do not take reservations and we got in just fine with no wait. Dress is Resort wear.
The Italian Restaurant– This was highly recommended to us because of their 1,000 gallon saltwater aquarium! It is the perfect place for families and the food is delicious! Reservations are recommended and while it is more casual, they request resort wear attire.
Palm Beach Grill– Another popular recommendation! It is a Hillstone owned restaurant and I have never been disappointed at any of Hillstone’s establishments. If your like lively atmospheres and casual food done right, then make a reservation here prior to coming to Palm Beach.

There was a maxi dress that your daughter wore with bull skulls on it, it hung off the shoulder. I have been looking everywhere for it, where did you find that adorable dress!?
Hi Cameron!
I got it at a local boutique in NWA BUUUT I found it online here. Olivia tyipcally wears a 3/4 and she wore a 2 in this. She is pretty petite but tall for age!
