Some Recipes and a Pretty!

A few of you asked for the Pumpkin shooter recipe so here it is… I kinda sorta made it up

The crust, I just followed the directions on the Graham cracker crumb box, easy cheesy. I put about a table spoon of the crust and pressed it down in the shot glasses.

No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake

1 box of creme cheese (room temperature)

1 cup of canned pumpkin

1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup of sugar

Beat all together until well blended. Spoon over graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 3 hours

Serve with a dollop of cool whip over the top!

Sopapilla Cheesecake!

2 cans of crescent rolls

2 boxes of creme cheese

1 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of cinnamon/sugar

1/2 stick of butter

Preheat oven 350. Lay one can of crescent rolls in a baking pan. Mix the creme cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Put on top of crescent rolls. Top with the other can of crescent rolls. Melt 1/2 stick up butter and pour on top of the crescent rolls. Top with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake for 30 min! Delish!
