Hello 2011!!!!

Happy New Year guys!!! I CANT believe its another year! But boy am I ready for things to come!

We had a pretty fantastic time celebrating.  My bestie and I decided to get rooms at the fancy a loft hotel and go to their party. No driving, place to stay and a great time… sold! : ) We had some major issues finding dresses this year.  I mean I know I have a million and one things to wear in my closet, but I wanted something super fun this year.. Three dresses, two being too big later.. I finally got the dress in the day before NYE! Kristy planned on wearing this fab feather dress, but it didnt make it on time, but her back up turned out gorgeous! 

Lets start off with some fun stuff we did before NY!

Claire and Owen stayed the night with us and we had a ball being silly and dancing all night long. I ADORE these kiddos. Notice Owen’s ADORABLE shirt.. every southern brother needs one of them. : )

My little sister and I also got our hair cut together. We had this planned for months and had so much fun drinking champagne.  My fab hair stylist also talked me into straightening my  hair with her new straightener. I think I looked sooo different, but it was nice fun change. I also cut about 2 1/2 inches off my hair! May not seem like a lot to other people, but it was to me. haha

Kristy and I started our NYE with a nice long run and a little last minute shopping. Then we headed to the hotel to hang out and get dolled up. I am so blessed to have Kristy as a friend. We were talking and we have known each other for 8 years! crazy how time flies by. I just adore our friendship and look forward to many many more years of fun to come.
So Drew and Kristys man met us at the hotel and we had sooooo much fun ringing in the new year. Even Miss Sadie got to come. Of course she looked presh : ) Drew and I ran over to the restaurant to see my sister, mom and the kiddos. I HAD to see them all dressed up and boy did they all look so cute.

I mean is this just not gorgeous!!!

SO SO much fun. I have a feeling this year is going to be pretty amazing. Hopefully growing my sweet family, enjoying every single day to the fullest, thanking god for the blessings he gives me and not letting the little things get to me. Life is too short, and we all need to take the time to enjoy it!
