Hey guys! Sorry I have been so MIA this week.

*My bestie Jess introduced me to this yummy dish at a local spot, Noodles, called Jalapeno Lime Chicken… and BOY is it good. SO I just had to try to make it. It turned out delish but pretty spicy. Not exactly like my fav dish, but I will get there : ) Here is the recipe

1 pkg of Chicken Breast Tenderloins
1 teaspoon of cumin
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
1 Jalapeno chopped
1 jalapeno sliced
(both seeds out)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp of lime juice
1 lime zest
Fettuccine Noodles
1 Jar of Alfredo Sauce

Put the Chicken, Garlic, Chopped Jalapeno, cumin, pepper, 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, lime zest and half the lime juice in a big plastic baggie and toss it around. Marinate that for 30 min to an hour.

Cook the chicken in olive oil and a lil butter until done.

Saute the sliced jalapenos, rest of lime juice and a little lime zest in the Alfredo sauce while chicken is cooking then add the chicken and simmer for about 5-8 min

Serve over the pasta! You can add cilantro as a garnish as well.

This is a spicy dish and you can reduce the jalapenos if you need too. 🙂 Bon Ape tit!

*I am sure all you girlies watched the Golden Globes. I was pretty impressed with the gown selections this year. I especially loved the girls in Calvin Klein-Emma and Claire …. simple and flawless. Then i adored Leighton’s dress and then Anne Hathaway to me looked gorgeous on camera and in pictures, her body is just ridiculous!!!  Heidi Klum, Michelle Williams were huuuge disappointments to me
