Yesterday was a long day at the office, so I decided to cheer myself up and wear this adorable strawberry top that I found via instagram from this lovely lady. I just so happen to have picked up some shoes that went perfectly with it a week prior. If I had a dollar for how many times I have been called Strawberry Shortcake today, I would be flying to some place exotic. I have loved this fruit trend since I saw this gorgeous girl wearing a citrus inspired top.

I mentioned awhile back that I was on the lookout for cute baseball caps. I have always had issues finding ones to fit my head of hair. I found one from target for a fun collaboration coming next week, but also found a CAUTE one in the mens section at forever 21. Not sure I know a guy that would wear polka dots though 🙂
Another trend I am contemplating giving a go is the “Hawaiian print” trend. J Crew uploaded some adorable shorts yesterday that immediately caught my eye. I think mixing Hawaiian prints with solids is the best route to go. It is perfect for vacations too. I am also loving the monochromatic look this season, but I cant decide if this print would look chic monochromatic, or more red lobster waitress. ha! Either way, I have a feeling these shorts will make their way to my closet soon.
