Can we just say, YES to this adorable thermal top?!? Pretty much the best layering top I own. The funny thing is, it took me forever to purchase it! When I first saw it online, I thought, cute, meh, I bet I could find something similar and moved on. I then started seeing it pop up ALLLL OVER the interwebs and was still like meh, I have a lot of basic layering tops and moved on again. I kept finding myself hovering over the image on nordstrom and decided to bit the bullet and go try this bad boy on.

Free people basics are hands down the best. They do cost a bit more than your typical thermal or t shirt, but not only is the quality amazing, the FIT is what you are paying for. My absolutely favorite T Shirts are by free people, so silly me should have known that I would adore this long sleeved thermal top. The fit is slightly oversized and the neckline in super flattering. I love that it has a casual yet sexy feel to it. I picked the baby blue because I have been on a huge blue kick lately, but I also picked up the white. Check out all EIGHT colors here.

I layered my thermal with a gorgeous grey suede jacket by 1.state. Grey has become a go to color of mine of the last year so this jacket fit right in with my wardrobe. The fit on this jacket is a bit looser which makes it perfect to layer over a sweater too!
