Happy Friday babes! Taking a little break from my vacay posts to talk to you about what is in my beach bag as well as a VERY exciting Beauty even happening at Nordstrom thru monday! I have talked about my beach bag must have’s before, but today I wanted to share some new items I have fallen in love with since this last trip! 

So for starters, Clinique has been a brand I have loved for years. Clinique was the first make-up I EVER wore and continued to wear for years. I only changed foundation when my tried and true formula was discontinued. After 15+ years of wearing the brand, I know I can trust their products. Nordstrom is currently offering an amazing Gift with purchase for lots of amazing brands and Clinique is included! Spend $29 and you can try out some fun products that I am sure you will fall in love with. The past couple of trips I have tried out TWO of Clinique’s beach ready products and I am super excited to share the with you.

Sunscreen

At no surprise, sunscreen is my #1 item in my beach bag. I try to always wear hats when I am in the sun, but sometimes they blow off while I am chasing Liv or like the cruise, you can’t exactly wear a big floppy hat down a water slide haha. I always wear extra protection of my face and I have fallen in love with the Clinique’s broad spectrum SPF 50 face cream. My biggest concern with face sunscreen is that it will leave my skin feeling oily. This is absolutely not the case with this prodcut  and there are tons of raving reviews on the site as well! I also love that it is fragrance free.

Clinique’s Beach Bag Beauty Kit

Ok the name alone of this Clinique Kit intrigued me! While I am not a fan of wearing a full face of makeup on the beach, I still like a little bit of color and glow!  Inside the kit you will get three products to help you feel refreshed on the beach. First is the perfect shade of summer pink, might mimosa, chubby stick. Chubby Stick’s are hydrating tinted lip balm and they give you that no make up look in an instant! Next is a tube of Clinique’s long wearing lash power mascara. This mascara gives you long lashes and will last thru a day at the beach. Last is their moisture surge face spray. You are probably familiar with Clinique’s moisture surge moisturizer, and this spray is perfect to refresh your face thru the day. Such a fabulous kit to add to your beach bag this summer.

HAT

You will rarely find me at a beach without a hat. The bigger the better in my opinion and Nordstrom always has the BEST selection. No matter what your price point is, Nordstrom has a hat to protect your face from the sun. My absolute favorite hat is THIS one by brixton.

After Sun Rescue

Another Clinique product from Nordstrom that we used the HECK out of this last trip, so much that we used it all haha, is the Clinique After Sun Rescue. You can use this on your face and body and it adds even more protection to your skin after a day in the sun.

SUNGLASSES

I LOVE me some cute sunglasses and while I do love my designer brands, there are so many affordable cute styles out now! I just ordered THIS pair and that are a great dupe to a designer pair.

WHITE COVER UP

Give me ALL the cover ups! I have just as much fun shopping for swimsuits as I do finding matching cover ups! Even thought I had matching cover-ups for my swimsuits, I found myself reaching for my white kimono a TON on this last trip!  I picked up this adorable white romper to wear with my suits on an upcoming trip and I love that you can also wear it out at night with some wedges too!
