Hi Guys! First and foremost, I want to thank you so much for your kind and sweet words on my last post. That was probably one of the hardest blog posts I have ever had to write, but I hope me sharing helps other women not feel alone.

If I am being honest, the last week has been pretty rough. I do not like to share negative or sad things on my blog, but I would not be truthful if I pretended everything was rainbows and butterflies. I like to keep myself busy when things get tough. While the busy work is nice, I have plenty of moments where I break down out of nowhere. Grief is not easy and it will not be easy for awhile, but I have high hopes for our future and know that blessings are going to come.

I am very fortunate to have family and friends that keep my spirits up and you guys, Olivia has been amazing. We have had a lot of big talks lately that I never would have imagined having with her. I let her see me cry, because I want her to know its ok to be upset.  She is going thru her own emotions too. Being strong does mean you can’t show your emotions. She is such a bright light in our world and I am so so thankful for her. She is going to do big things, just you wait and see.

Today I thought I would share some recent outfits I wore over the past week. Tomorrow I have an adorable post with Olivia that you will have to check out!

This casual look has been one of my go to’s as I recover from the surgery. This T Shirt quickly became my favorite because the linen fabric drapes perfectly and I love the cut! I picked up this hat and it is perfect for those not so great hair days. My shorts are a recent Target find and I am SO in love with them!

Guess what, MORE Target Finds! You guys know I love a monochrome look and I fell in love with these ivory shorts. This open knit cardigan is a great transition piece too.

Last up a fun summer dress. This style of dress is super popular and I was drawn to the unique color combo on this floral print.
