Holiday Kitchen Hacks with Walmart

Hi Guys! Today I am so excited to share with you some easy holiday kitchen ideas with Walmart for this wonderful season. I feel like I spend a lot of time in the kitchen during the holidays and I am always looking for easy hacks. Spending time with family is the most important and below are three fun things to make your life easier but still just as jolly.

SNOWMAN PANCAKES

Whether it is the first snow day or Christmas morning, these snowman pancakes are easy and will put a smile on your little ones face. To make these either use frozen pancakes or waffles to make the snowman. Sprinkle on some powdered sugar, and use candies for the buttons, nose and eyes. I cooked the bacon in a scarf shape by twisting over the edge. For the arms I used pretzels and some fun marshmallows. You can use your imagination and use whatever you have in your pantry on these! For an added touch, I put whipped cream at the bottom for the snow! Olivia LOVED these! Our pajamas are also new in at Wal-Mart and perfect for Christmas morning. COOKIE SANDWICHES

I have been making these quick and easy cookies for years! When I first started dating Drew they were always highly requested by his friends and I loved how easy they were to throw together. Buy a package of mini or regular size pre-made cookie dough. Cook according to directions and then let cool. Use cake frosting for the middle and put the sides in sprinkles for an added holiday touch! Your kids can join in on the fun in making these too! We LOVE this wide cookie spatula for baking and how adorable are these “cookie taster” shirts for your kids!

A “FANCY” EASY DINNER

Let’s face it, the holiday season is incredibly busy and we are all looking for recipes that are not only easy, but mouth watering. First you throw your pork tenderloin into the oven and cook according to the package. When it is almost complete, heat up store bought mashed potatoes, we love Bob Evans from Walmart and sauté your spinach. To plate you place your mashed potatoes on the bottom, top with the pork, then spinach and finally with goat cheese!  I served these on this gorgeous serving tray from Walmart and if you are looking for new dishes, how beautiful are these!
