Kitchen Queens January

Hey guys! its FRIDAY! Lets all do the happy dance! : ) Last night was January Kitchen Queens. The them was Minis. So anything that is bite size. I made crack weenies haha. You take little smokes, wrap them in a small piece of bacon, secure with a toothpick, cover all of them in brown sugar and bake at 400 for about 25-30 min (you can broil the last 5 min to speed it up) Seriously they are SO good! We had so much fun last night. Everyone wrote down their resolutions and we had to guess whos was who. We also had a contest to see who could pack the most flavor in the smallest bite. I will be sure to post the recipes of the winners soon. SO yummy! We also talked about what we are going to do this year as a group to do more in the community. Things like visit Animal Shelters, Donate clothes, Visit Nursing homes, attend charity events, Race for the Cure and etc. Its going to be a busy year, but we are going to do so much good! here are some fun pics

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! I am contemplating taking a break from blogging. I wont go into much detail, but we could use some prayers. I will let yall know if I plan to “disappear” for awhile..
XOXO

    Looks like another great gathering!

I hate to hear you are thinking of taking a break, though, I'm just returning from one. I understand how when things get rough, you need to concentrate on them. I'm so sorry for whatever is going on and I will definitely keep you and your family in my prayers!

Loks like you had a blast, what a great concept. I love how your home is decorated. Can you provide any styling tips and offer a few stores you shop at for home decor, love it! Thanks!

I'm sorry things are tough right now… I (of course) have no idea what is going on, but obviously it's not good and causing some stress or difficulty.

    Good luck.

Sorry to hear that you might be taking a blogging break. I have thought of doing the same thing as I have had a tough week with one blogger leaving horrible comments about me and my unborn baby. I hope you are okay?

Every time you post a recap of KQ & pictures, I get a sad little smile. A smile because it looks like fun & a sad one because I'd love to do something like that, but my girlfriends here are not big kitchen people like me.

I hope that everything is ok – I'll keep your family in my prayers.
