hey dolls! Hope everyone is having a fantastic week!
So I have had numerous questions about dresses, jumpers etc that I have worn and either I cant respond via email due to no reply emails or I have forgotten (oooppsy!) so first here are some clothes people have been asking about
The jumper I wore a couple weeks ago to the golf tourney party is from Khols and the brand Elle. This brand tends to run big, so if you do order it, i would go a size down. I usually pair their dresses with belts since they do run big.
the white Marilyn Monroe-esque dress is from a local boutique, Maca. It is the brand Esley. I have not personally looked for this online, but you may be able to find it! (Ps this ran big on me in the neck)
The white dress I wore the last post is actually an oldie but a goodie in my closet. I got this dress 2 days at Bebe after i got engaged more than 3 years ago! I adore this dress! I bet you could find it on ebay!
On to my another question about my girls nights!
A lot of people ask me about all my girls nights and what Drew thinks about them. Well Drew and I both work a lot from home, so we spend A LOT of time together. We also worked together for 4 years before we got married. We both have lots of friends and love to spend time with them, so we do. Drew and I also love each others friends! In reality, we probably spend more time during the week days then a lot of married couples, but I just dont blog about our dinners at home on the weekdays, you guys might get bored hearing about food and our favorite tv shows haha. Drew and I make sure to have date nights and our special time together as well. I have said it before but Drew and I are very different. I am VERY social and ADD in normal life haha, as he is VERY relaxed and go with the flow. NOW when we go on vacation all I want to do is relax and he is very ADD. Its kinda funny. Drew knows I like to do a lot with my family and friends so he respects that and knew what he was marrying : ) Drew doesnt even attempt to slow me down haha. Sometimes I dont know WHERE I get the energy, but I think it stems from me always wanting to make sure everyone around me is having a fabulous time. I really do live my life to make my husband, family, and friends happy. I think seeing others happy is the best feeling in the world!
the Bachelorette…..
So I havent been recapping it, and I am SOOO sorry if anyone got upset over that. I am just not very fond of this season AT ALL. I was never a HUGE fan of Allie and I do know the outcome of this season and it just was not worth my time. Plus the “guys” are just plain awful, with the exception of Roberto. If you do want to know what happens go to Mr Reality Steve to get the scoop. My hubby even noticed that I just wasnt into this season. haha, he was shocked I missed an episode : )
AND LAST. Miss Claire tried out for a dance company last night and……. SHE MADE IT!
I remember trying out for cheerleading in 7th grade and I can still feel all the butterflies I had! I cant even imagine going thru that as a 6 year old. She so mature for her age and SO good at dance. I just LOVE it and I am soooo proud of her. I wish you guys could see the cheer she did for tryouts, it has to be the cutest thing i have EVER seen! AH I love that child. Here is a pic of her before her tryouts.

Tonight we have a little girls dinner planned and I cant wait, maybe because I have a super cute jumper to wear that is burning a hole in my closet haha : ) I cant wait for the weekend either!! Drew, some of my friends and I are all going to this annual cookout drews friend has every year and its SO much fun and then of course, the fourth with my family shooting off lots of fireworks! I just LOVE this time of year! : ) Miss Sadie got an adorable outfit too for the fourth so stay tuned for that.. LORDY I need a baby 🙂

Hi Tara, I have a question for you. First I love your blog and enjoy reading about your blessed life. I am a competive price shopper in California and everyday I go to Walmart. Last week I looked up and saw what I think is you in an advertisment? Do you model for walmart or for frito-lay? Honest there is a big summer display for frito lay chips and it is of a family playing at the beach near a sand castle and I swear the young woman is you! I walk by it everyday and always stop and wonder so I thought why not just ask her? I hope you don't mind. If not, you should go check it out at your local walmart because you must have a twin if its not you. Have a great day!!!

You and Drew seem to have an awesome relationship and I think that every couple should have time to themselves and to spend with their friends! It's so great that you are able to work from home together often.
I can't believe people are actually concerned that you and Drew don't spend enough time together. That never even crossed my mind! You guys seem like you both have a lot of fun — together and apart!

love that romper and LOVE the elle brand at kohl's. i shop there all the time. i wasn't sure about the romper on this post-baby body, plus i can't really do strapless right now. but, of course, it looks marv on you!
