*BASICS BASICS BASICS. I do not know WHY its so hard for me to buy basics. I have mentioned this several times on my blog that I am flat out awful when it comes to buying things I actually need. I cant help that sequins and sparkle speak my love language ; ) I was super proud of my bargain shopping this week and to top it off, I found some pretty amazing basic tunic tanks during the same trip to Forever 21. Its about impossible to find long layering tanks or anything long really. These are comfortable and have thick straps. I snatched up the white and black immediately. You can find the navy version here, but check your local stores for more color options.
**My sister and I had a freaky Friday moment last week and we didn’t even know it. We were talking about what books we have been reading and I mentioned that I stayed up till 4am reading. She laughed and said she was doing the EXACT same thing on Thursday I asked her what book and get this… it was the SAME.EXACT.BOOK. We had no idea! The book is the SC Stephens Thoughtless series if you are curious.
***I purchased one of my most favorite jeans ever at Savoir Faire a couple weeks ago. The Blank Boyfriend jeans are perfection. Lately, Fabulous bloggers like Atlantic Pacific and Cupcakes and Cashmere are seen wearing this style of jean on their blogs. I just adore them. If you need help styling them, Savoir Faire posted a super cute blog on how to style them 4 different ways! Go check it out!
::how cute is their model Ashley?!? She could wear a potato sack and make it look good!::
Here is one way i have styled mine
Jeans Savoir Faire (call for inquiries) / Plaid top Zara(similar style here)/ Jacket Forever 21 (similar here)/ Shoes Target(Burgundy/leopard here)/ Scarf Lovesmith (purchase here or Savoir Faire in store)
