I have always loved a great red white and blue combo. With nautical being such a big trend this season, you will be seeing this combo pop up everywhere. I saw this dress online at forever 21 and fell in love with the bold big stripes. I plan on wearing this dress as a skirt soon by just buttoning up a cardi over it, or tying up a top.
