The Weekend

Happy Monday! We had such a great weekend celebrating our sweet little girl with our friends and family. We are now at the 50 day countdown, so ready or not, baby Olivia is coming!

Friday morning I woke up to a fun surprise. LaurenConrad.com chose little ol’ me for her “Chic of the Week” I had a hectic morning due to me forgetting my work computer at home (pregnant brain exists y’all!) and when one of my Facebook friends alerted me to this, I was thrilled and so flattered! Thank you Lauren Conrad and Team!

Also that morning, my work crew threw me a wonderful shower. Baby Gibby was spoiled once again and we got a lot of our essentials. After the shower I had the rest of the day off so the entire family met us at our 4d ultrasound appt. Right when the tech put the wand on my belly, we caught Olivia sucking her thumb. So so sweet. It appears she has plump lips and a little button nose. She hid 90% of the time so we are going back tomorrow to see if we can get some better pics.

Friday Night we celebrated my mom’s birthday.We had a wonderful dinner with the family, then cake at my sisters aftterwards. We are truly blessed to have such an amazing mother. I hope I can be as good of a mom to Olivia as my mom is to me!

Saturday we spent the majority of the day finishing up the baby’s room! We are waiting on one piece of furniture and we will be complete! If you follow me on instagram you have already seen a few peeks inside the room. I love how everything came together and now we just need baby girl! Pics to come soon.

Sunday my friends threw us a diaper shower. We had our friends and families over for chili and football. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and had such a wonderful day!
