One of my favorite things about the holidays is getting dressed up for all of the fun festivities! For the past couple of months I have been searching for those perfect statement pieces for the holiday parties on my calendar. It was love at first site when I saw this peplum blazer. The silhouette is very feminine and I love how it insinuates the waist. I think my favorite part is the red satin lining that subtlety peaks out underneath. I paired it with a flared J Crew skirt and plaid blanket scarf. I plan on pairing the blazer with black denim for a more casual look too.
Speaking of holiday parties, do you guys have anything fun planned? We have an ugly Christmas sweater party at my office this friday and I may have to bust this outfit out again! I also have something fun in the works to play of that outfit, so stay tuned. 😉
