Today I have teamed up with Macy’s to show a holiday look from their HUGE Friends and Family Sale. When I think about the holidays, I immediately think about a classic red coat. One of my favorite Holiday Movies is Miracle on 34th Street. The women to the little girls all wear the most gorgeous coats in that movie and I admit, I always dreamed of having a little girl to dress up like Susan in that movie . Not to mention, the movie was based on the flagship Macy’s store in NYC!  When I spotted this coat from Macy’s I immediately fell in love. From the classic silhouette to the gold hardware, I knew it would be a piece I would wear year after year and every time I wear it, I would think about my favorite Holiday movie.

I wanted to play with layers, so I paired a classic turtleneck under a plaid button up. Adding a turtleneck under a plaid top not only keeps you even warmer, it adds a bit more dimension to you look. I then paired everything with this super adorable “cupcake” skirt from Macys. This skirt made this look perfect for a holiday party and it’s a piece that can be styled endless ways.
