Last week I talked about my love for green when I style a gorgeous lace dress. Today we are talking about RED. Red becomes an every day color come the holiday season! In the past I would shy away from Red because of my hair color, but over time I have embraced it! It is ironically one of my favorite colors to wear now! I went on the hunt on Nordstrom to find new red pieces for upcoming holiday parties. There were so many pieces that I fell in love with, so I chose three to style for you today!
If you are looking for a cozy holiday look, an outfit for a casual night out with the girls or a knockout dress for a holiday event, Nordstrom has you covered. Check out my three different looks below and all my favorite red pieces at the bottom of the post! Don’t forget to check out Nordstrom’s amazing holiday gift guide too here!
Red Ruffle Top
Talk about a showstopper top! I immediately fell in love with the layered ruffles and the sleek slimming fit is amazing. I tucked it in to a pair of high waisted flare jeans, but it looks adorable worn a bit looser with a front tuck. This top also looks adorable tucked into a black skirt too!
Red Bell Sleeve Sweater
If there is one piece to get from my picks, it is THIS sweater! I styled this sweater in orange for the Fall season HERE, and I loved it so much I had to get the red shade! This sweater is cozy, and can be dressed up or down so easily. I topped my look off with a sequin Vince Camuto blazer. How beautiful is this blazer? It has a boyfriend fit so it looks super cute over a dress or with jeans. I kept my footwear casual with faux fur mules, but pair this look with pumps for a fun date night look.
Red Sequin Plaid Top
You guys LOVED this Sequin Plaid top when I posted it last weekend and I do not blame you. Free People knocked it out of the park with this gorgeous top. The fit is oversized so its perfect for a dressy/casual holiday look. I kept the rest of my look sleek to balance out the volumous top. I also love the top paired with black leather leggings and a faux fur vest!
Below are more of my favorite red pieces from Nordstrom for the Holidays! xoxo Tara

Your 2nd outfit is absolutely amazing, that blazer is so cool and a staple piece! I also love your furry loafers. 🙂
I’m still trying to warm up to the idea of red – it’s not my favourite. I’m a neutral girl at heart.
These are great ideas though! Definitely inspiring!

All these outfits are just beautiful! I love your taste in styles, and I have to say that first outfit is my favorite. I think red looks gorgeous on you and compliments your hair so well.
I love all these outfits for the holidays! My favorite look is the first. Love how you paired the green purse with the red sweater!
