Hi Guys! Whew it has been a busy couple of weeks and we are not slowing down just yet haha. Fall is always my favorite time to travel and visit new places. An opportunity came up to visit Boston and it luckily fell on Olivia’s fall break! I can’t wait to explore a new town with my baby girl. November things are slowing down for us travel wise and I will be planning a special little girls 5th birthday as well as celebrating Drew and my 10th anniversary! It is crazy to think November is just around the corner and even CRAZIER To think I am about to have a FIVE YEAR OLD!
Today I wanted to recap the rest of my Park City Outfits. I mentioned last week, but this trip was SO MUCH FUN! We spent the mornings/ early afternoons working and then stopped each night around the same time to relax and just hang out with each other. I think it is hard for anyone with a job, not just bloggers, to turn things off on a trip. When I started traveling with Olivia, this was even more apparent. I am always “ON,” and have to make a pretty big effort to shut off my job. I would not be doing my readers justice by not creating memories, not letting myself experience the culture, not eating at the local spots, and not “getting” the overall feel of a destination. So if that means not getting up 5 blog posts while I travel so be it. I am my own worst critic, but I always try to give myself Grace and do better every single day.
Ok I did not mean to go on and on, but I get a lot of questions about blogging/traveling/motherhood and how I manage to do both. I plan on going into a lot of these topics deeper next month, so stay tuned!
