Cupcakes, Shopoholic, and a Headache

Well Hello! Hope everyone had a great weekend! I just started this lovely morning by spilling water ALL over me, sadie and my new juicy suit while driving to work… NICE! Hope its not a sign of how this week is going to be!

Thursday night was kitchen queens and it was a cupcake theme! YUM! Claire and Owen helped me bake my orange cupcakes, well Owen just licked the spoon : ). Everyone’s cupcakes were DELICIOUS! Here are a few pictures from that night.

Friday night, my sis, Brooke, Alyssa and I all went and saw the Shopholic movie. I had pretty high expectations for this movie since the books are HILARIOUS and I was a tad disappointed, the books are definitely better. I adore Isla Fisher, and thought she was pretty hilarious. After the movie we went to Abuelos and ate some yummy Mexican food. It was a super fun night. I jumped on a trend bandwagon and bought a black jumper that I wore that night. It is probably the most comfortable thing I own!

Saturday I went shopping with my friend Kristy and then we had an impromptu girls night. We always have a great time when we get together. We shockingly didnt take very many pictures, but I managed to get some pretty silly ones of myself. haha.
yea we had a fun night haha!
Sunday I woke up with the WORST headache/migraine. I first thought, maybe I cant handle 3 drinks like I used too, but this headache was not from a hangover…. it could quite possibly be the worst headache I have ever felt. I even went to the grocery store and bought this stick that you rub on your forehead that is supposed to help, but all it seemed to do is smell really bad and make my forehead feel like it was freezing cold. haha I was in bed most of the day and my lovely husband took care of me. Sadie and I watched the oscars which was quite entertaining this year! I was oooing and awwing over Sarah Jessica Parker’s “barley mint” gown.. plain fabulous. I would say most if not all of the women looked pretty fantastic last night.
ALSO, I got a new car this weekend. My stepmom got a new car and wanted to sale her BMW 740, so guess who jumped on it.. ME! : ) I am pretty excited about it. Now that Drew and I have new cars, its time to find that perfect house. : ) Also someone special in my life is turning 2 on friday and you betcha I am throwing her a party : )
