Hey guys! What a blessed weekend we had. Easter is such a special day, what an amazing God we have!

Friday I had the day off from work. Drew and I were going to head up to Ft Worth to look at a new car for me but we had to wait to get a few things done first. SO my sisters, mom, boni and little bree came down to fayetteville for a day of shopping! We had a blast going to Riffraff, a new store The Mustache, and belle boutique. Also we had a delish lunch at hugos. A pretty fabulous day.

Friday evening started off pretty eventful.  We have had some BAD BAD weather in NWA. We were headed to my sisters to color eggs and the storm was literally following us. It was 15 min after we got there and we were in the bathroom taking cover. There was an INTENSE storm coming straight for us. Luckily the storm didnt produce any tornadoes, but after we were in the clear we watched some of the clouds and it was freaky. Rotation, funnels forming, etc. I am pretty scared about this tornado season : (

BUT it didnt ruin the night, we colored lots of eggs, ate yummy food and had a BLAST!  You will be able to tell in the pics that the sky was pretty freaky.

Saturday we woke up to MORE rain….so I met up with Jenn to go shopping for her honeymoon! When I first met Jenn her wardrobe consisted of just Black, and since she has met me, we have added lots more color : ) She got four fabulous dresses and she looked amazing in all of them! I managed to pick up two dresses myself ; ) Fun fun day!

Saturday night I had an AWFUL headache so I went to bed way early, but was A ok with that, since Easter was the next day.

Easter morning, we woke up to LOTS AND LOTS of rain. I am talking flooding. Me and my white Easter dress was def not prepared for this haha. I got Sadie Jane an ADORABLE smocked Easter dress. So so cute. We got all dressed up and headed out in the rain to Church. The service was amazing. They had the passion play, which my step dad played a part in. It was outstanding and heart wrenching, which is how it should be. A perfect sunday morning. Afterwards we headed over to my sisters for my families Easter. Delish food as always, and great laughs. Next up we headed over to Drew’s nonnies for their Easter. A very very blessed Easter.

When we got home the combination of full bellies, and the rain pouring = LAZY time! : )
