Happy Monday! I hope all you mamas had an amazing Mothers Day weekend! Olivia and I went to see Beauty and the Beast on broadway friday night and had a blast. We spent the rest of the weekend with family and relaxed. I probably spent a little too much time squeezing on Olivia after being gone for so long! haha

Today I am sharing a couple more looks from our first day at Catalina Island. When we arrived we were starving so we changed and went down to the Lobster Trap. I had the lobster roll and it was AMAzing. We also had the scallops and crab cakes which were both equally as good. Drew and I like to EAT on our vacations haha. Afterwards we headed back to our hotel to check our room and view. Our room had the best view from the hotel and boy did it not disappoint. There is also a terrace right down the hallway from our room and the view form there was breathtaking (see pics below.)

I wore this adorable striped two piece set to dinner. I love the ruffle top and mini skirt combo. The waist band on the skirt and the top both have elastic in them so its super comfortable too. I dressed it up with heels, but its super cute with lace up sandals too. I also carried the cutest phone crossbody. It was perfect to hold my cards and phone and not worry about lugging around  big bag. I was not sure how much I would use this cute little bag, but I carried it a TON!

That evening we grabbed a bottle of wine and took in the view. I changed into this gorgeous floral wildfox dress and y’all I could live in this thing! The vivid floral print is perfect for vacations and its also cute worn as a swimsuit coverup!
