When anyone asks me to recommend one item for fall, a tunic is always the answer. My most worn pieces in my closet are my tunic tops. They can be worn SO many different ways and are super flattering too. When I spotted this gorgeous olive green one by Splendid, I knew it would be the perfect piece for my fall wardrobe. I typically reach for leather leggings and OTK boots when I wear my tunics, but with these 80 degree temps, leather leggings was not an option haha! I decided to show you a dressy casual look by pairing this top with my new favorite distressed denim and rockstuds. I love the edgy yet effortless vibe of this look.  An added bonus, the back is insanely cute too!

Splendid has so many amazing fall staples that you can wear now and clear into the winter season. I will be snatching up another one of the 5 other colors this top comes in asap! Size wise, I am wearing an XS and its very generous. I do love the oversized fit though!

I am excited for tonight because I get to take my niece out for her birthday that’s coming up! It is a tradition that I take each niece/nephew out for their birthday to pick out their gift and to dinner. I LOVE being an aunt and I do not get the one on one time like I used to now that we have little Liv. I also love that they look forward to it every year 🙂 Drew will be taking my nephew Owen to diner and if I were the betting type, I am guessing steak will be involved haha.
