Happy Friday! We are having the BEST time in NYC! We have been so busy since we got here and I fell asleep mid blog post last night (oops!) I think all the sleepless nights with a sick kid last week finally caught up to me!
Yesterday we went to the Plaza for afternoon Tea and Olivia LOVED it. I found us both matching tweed jackets and as cheesy as it is, I love matching with my girl while she will let me. We had a ball sipping on our tea and eating all the delicious pastries. The Plaza never disappoints and their Christmas decor is GORGeous!
My tweed jacket is currently on sale and I love the oversized fit. I paired it with a holiday ready lace dress and my favorite OTK boots. Olivia’s tweed jacket is to die for. I have always been a sucker for anything tweed and NYC was the perfect time to wear our matching jackets.

Welcome to my home city of NYC. Hope you are all having a great time. Weather is not too cold right now. Both mommy and daughter are dressed to perfection. I love your dress. Perfect party dress. I especially love those tall 4 inch high heel boots. Any heel 4 inches and higher is right up my alley.
Love!!! We’re having afternoon tea Sunday at the Ballantyne Hotel in Charlotte , and I’ve been stuck wondering if black was too dark for afternoon tea. Thanks for the post, and as always you guys look super cute!! Btw, I LOVE twinning with my daughter too! She’s only 2 (going on 25), but I’m enjoying it while I can. 😊
This is the BEST mother/daughter outing. I’m putting it on my “future list” for sure! Olivia is so adorable in her tweed!!
